1. The organization activates access

A partner organization defines eligibility and invites each person individually.

2. The member finds the right specialty

In the portal, a member can explore eligible specialties, compare verified clinicians, and review open appointment times.

3. The visit is prepared privately

Before a video visit, the user tests their camera and microphone on their own device. Recording is not enabled by default.
